HAZORFIM Privacy Policy

These Terms of Use constitute the Privacy Policy of Hazorfim Ltd., Company No. 510102940, and Hazorfim Haifa (1998) Ltd., Company No. 51254633 (hereinafter jointly: “Hazorfim” and/or the “Company”), including with respect to the website www.hazorfim.co.il (the “Website”), social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) (the Website and social media platforms shall hereinafter be referred to jointly and separately as the “Digital Assets”), and the Company’s stores.

We respect the privacy of our customers and users of the Digital Assets and attach great importance to protecting their privacy. The following Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Website Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use.

Information Collected Through the Digital Assets

  1. When submitting information through the Digital Assets, purchasers may be asked to provide personal information such as first name, last name, telephone number, address, and an active email address (at our discretion). Information provided when registering and/or using the Digital Assets is collected through the Digital Assets.
  2. You are not legally required to provide this information. However, without providing such information and consenting to its collection and retention, you may be unable to use the services offered through the Digital Assets, contact our representatives, and/or purchase products.
  3. In order to provide high-quality service, improve the user experience, maintain information security, analyze the use of the Digital Assets, measure performance, and personalize content and advertisements, the Digital Assets collect certain information about the computer and/or device you use to access and interact with the Digital Assets, in addition to the information you provide during registration.
  4. This information is collected automatically, including through the use of cookies, local storage technologies, similar tracking technologies, social media technologies including Facebook/Meta and Google, and third-party measurement, analytics, and advertising tools such as Google, Meta (Facebook), and other tools.

Such information may include, among other things, IP addresses, browser type, operating system, unique device identifiers, browsing and access times, pages viewed, browsing behavior and interactions with the Digital Assets, the device used to access the Digital Assets, internet service provider information, and the addresses of websites from which you arrived.

The information provided during registration and the information collected as described above shall collectively be referred to as the “Information Collected Through the Digital Assets.”

Information collected in connection with purchases made in our stores and through the Website may also include your name, identification number, address, date of birth, telephone number, products purchased, date of purchase, method of purchase, price, and payment terms.

Use of Information Collected Through the Digital Assets

The Digital Assets and/or anyone acting on their behalf may use the Information Collected Through the Digital Assets for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with information you requested or additional information that the Digital Assets believe may be of interest to you from time to time;
  • To personalize advertisements and commercial information based on your personal preferences;
  • To provide and/or offer services and improve the Digital Assets and/or services;
  • To ensure the proper operation of the Digital Assets;
  • To analyze information and properly manage the Digital Assets;
  • To improve customer service;

  • To enable representatives of the Digital Assets to contact you regarding the services they provide; and

Disclosure of Information Collected Through the Digital Assets to Third Parties

  1. The Digital Assets and/or anyone acting on their behalf will not disclose, transfer, or sell Information Collected Through the Digital Assets to any third party, except to persons acting on their behalf and/or service providers, solely for the purposes of providing services, operating the Digital Assets, and improving services provided to customers, and subject to their obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the information and process it in accordance with applicable law.
  2. Notwithstanding the above, the Digital Assets and/or anyone acting on their behalf may transfer Information Collected Through the Digital Assets (excluding credit card information and identification numbers) to third parties in any of the following circumstances:
  • You have provided your prior written consent;
  • The Digital Assets and/or anyone acting on their behalf are required by law to provide such information, for example pursuant to a court order;
  • In order to protect the legal and proprietary rights of the Digital Assets and/or anyone acting on their behalf in connection with the Digital Assets, their operation, and their use;
  • In the event of a legal dispute between you and the Digital Assets and/or anyone acting on their behalf that requires disclosure of the information;
  • If you violate the Terms and Conditions or Terms of Use, or if you carry out, through or in connection with the Digital Assets, actions that are unlawful or appear to be unlawful, or attempt to carry out such actions;
  • If the Digital Assets determine that disclosure of the Information Collected is necessary to prevent serious harm to a user's person or property or to the person or property of a third party;
  • If the Digital Assets are merged into the operations of another entity or ownership of the Digital Assets is transferred to another corporation, the information maintained through the Digital Assets may be transferred to the new corporation, provided that the new corporation agrees to comply with this Privacy Policy; and
  • To aggregate information regarding customers and/or users and improve customer service. The Digital Assets may subsequently share such information with potential marketing partners and advertisers.
  1. The Digital Assets may also share your personal information (excluding sensitive information such as credit card details and identification numbers) with third parties, including business partners and service providers.
  2. Examples of activities that service providers may perform involving your information include:
  • Developing and maintaining the Digital Assets;
  • Sharing information with social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, and others, as well as online advertisers such as Google, Taboola, and others;
  • For statistical purposes, we may provide information such as the total number of visitors to the Digital Assets and to individual pages of the Digital Assets, as well as the domain names of visitors' internet service providers, to trusted entities and companies that process such information on our behalf, in accordance with our instructions and in a manner consistent with these Terms and the Digital Assets' policies. As a general rule, unless prior consent has been given to disclose personal information, information transferred for statistical purposes will not include identifying information.
  1. Such service providers and business partners may be granted access to all or part of your information and may use cookies or other data collection technologies.

Data Retention

The Company will retain personal information for as long as necessary for the provision of services, management of customer relationships, customer service, compliance with legal requirements, handling inquiries and legal proceedings, protection of its rights, and management of its business.

Transfer and Processing of Information Outside Israel

Some of the information collected through the Digital Assets, including information collected through cookies and analytics tools, is stored and processed by service providers and third parties, such as Google and Meta, whose servers may be located outside the State of Israel.

Such transfers of information are carried out in accordance with applicable law and while taking measures to protect the information.

Information Security

The Company implements customary organizational, physical, and technological measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Despite these efforts, it is not possible to guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted or stored electronically. Accordingly, the Company cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access or information-security incidents.

Right to Access Collected Information

  1. In accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the “Law”), users have the right to request access to their personal data and information collected about them.
  2. Users also have the right to request the correction or updating of their personal data when it is inaccurate or incomplete, all in accordance with Sections 13 and 14 of the Law.
  3. Requests as described above should be submitted using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

  1. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will become effective immediately upon their incorporation into the Privacy Policy.
  2. In the event of a material change to the Privacy Policy, we will notify users accordingly. If we seek to apply such a material change to information that has already been collected, a notice will be sent to the user requesting their consent.
  3. We recommend that users review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed about how we protect their information.
  4. Your use of the Digital Assets constitutes your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, to the use of the technologies described herein and other technologies that may be used from time to time for similar purposes, including the use of information collected through such technologies for purposes of identifying and/or profiling you based on such information.
