Return of Items and Transaction Cancellations Made via the Website

A. The cancellation and return policy for items purchased through the website is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions), 2010. In any case, a transaction may be canceled within 14 days of the transaction date or receipt of the item, whichever is later. The item can be returned to any branch of the network (excluding the Duty-Free store at Ben Gurion Airport), provided it is kept in its original packaging and free of defects, along with the purchase receipt or exchange note. This is subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the item's price or a payment of 100 ILS, whichever is lower.

B. Items purchased at a discount of 45% or more, clearance items, or outlet items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged only within 14 days from the delivery date.

C. Cancellation of a transaction will be made only by written notice of cancellation from the user.

D. In cases where the cancellation request is received after the item has been shipped, the transaction will be canceled under the conditions specified in Section 11.A above, only if the user returns the item at their expense within 14 days of the transaction date, with the item being undamaged, unused, in its original packaging, and with no tags or markings removed. The shipping fees to the customer will not be refunded. For the avoidance of doubt, the condition of the item will be determined at the sole discretion of Hazorfim.

F. Return of items and products should be sent to the Hazorfim customer service department via registered and insured mail to the following address:

Items can be exchanged at any Hazorfim branch (except Ben Gurion Airport) within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Returns and exchanges can be made Sunday through Thursday. Returns or exchanges cannot be made on Fridays, Saturdays, or the eve of holidays.

G. All shipping costs, taxes, insurance, etc., associated with the return of the products will be fully borne and paid by the buyer.

H. In the event of a return shipment to Israel due to refusal to pay customs or local taxes by the customer or recipient, full cancellation fees, including shipping costs, will be charged to the customer.

I. For a person with special needs, a senior citizen (over the age of 65), or a new immigrant, the cancellation period will be extended to four months from the date of the sale or the date of receipt of the product, or from the date the sale notice is received by email along with the invoice, all in accordance with the law—whichever is later. The provisions of this section are subject to the presentation of documentation proving the individual’s status as a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant.
