Hazorfim Members Club Terms & Conditions

The Hazorfim Members Club (the "Club") is established and managed by Hazorfim Ltd., Company No. 510102940, and Hazorfim Haifa (1998) Ltd., Company No. 51254633 (collectively: "Hazorfim" or the "Club Management").

Membership terms, including membership fees and the benefits available to each membership group, are published on the Hazorfim website and/or in Hazorfim stores.

The Club Management reserves the right to modify the membership terms and/or the benefits granted to members at its sole discretion.

1. Membership Registration

1.1

Membership may be obtained by completing a digital registration form and paying the applicable membership fee. Registration is completed in Hazorfim stores.

Membership is personal and non-transferable and does not grant any rights to third parties, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

1.2

Membership is available only to private individuals (not businesses, organizations, agents, or corporations) for personal use, who complete the required digital registration form.

The Club Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without providing reasons, to refuse any membership application.

Applicants joining the Club during a purchase at Hazorfim will become eligible for Club benefits immediately upon joining and after full payment of the membership fee.

Membership fees may be paid by credit card or cash only.

1.3

Each member is responsible for notifying the Club Management in writing of any changes to their residential address, email address, telephone number, or any other registration details.

Failure to update such information may prevent the Club Management from contacting the member or sending promotional materials and member communications. Members shall have no claims against Hazorfim in this regard.

1.4

Membership fees ("Membership Fee") shall be determined from time to time by the Club Management, which may revise the fee at its sole discretion.

Any fee increase shall apply only upon membership renewal.

Membership is valid for three (3) years from the date of enrollment.

Membership may be renewed at any Hazorfim store upon payment of the applicable Membership Fee.

1.5

The Club Management reserves the right to terminate a member's membership due to inappropriate conduct or for any other reasonable cause, at its sole discretion.

1.6

Members may terminate their membership at any time by submitting written notice to:

Termination constitutes a complete waiver of all membership rights, including any refund of membership fees paid, subject to applicable law.

1.7

The Club Management may suspend or block membership whenever it believes that the membership has been misused.

2. Member Benefits and Promotions

2.1

Members are entitled to purchase selected products at special Members Club prices, participate in exclusive promotions, and enjoy additional benefits as determined from time to time by the Club Management.

2.2

The Club Management will periodically publish details regarding member benefits and special promotions using any communication channels it deems appropriate.

Information may be provided through:

Hazorfim stores
The Hazorfim website
Email
SMS messages

using the contact information supplied by the member.

2.3

Club discounts and benefits are available only while the membership is valid and active.

2.4

Club discounts may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.5

Certain promotions or special offers may be excluded from Club discounts, as determined by the Club Management.

2.6

The Club Management may modify member discounts, promotions, and benefits at any time without prior notice.

Orders placed before such changes become effective will be honored.

2.7

Eligibility for discounts, benefits, and promotions is conditional upon:

full payment of the Membership Fee; and
the member's details appearing in the Club records.

2.8

To receive membership benefits, members may be required to present valid identification.

2.9

Membership benefits apply only when the member pays in full for the purchase.

3. General Provisions

3.1

These Terms apply to all active Club members.

By joining the Club, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

Anyone who does not agree with these Terms is not entitled to join the Club.

3.2

Members will confirm their acceptance of these Terms during registration.

3.3

The Club Management may discontinue the Club upon at least 30 days' prior notice, published through one or more communication channels selected by Hazorfim, including:

newspapers;
the Hazorfim website;
direct mail;
Hazorfim stores.

If the Club is discontinued, members shall be entitled only to a prorated refund of the Membership Fee corresponding to the remaining unused membership period.

3.4

The Club Management reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.

3.5

The Club Management may use member information and data collected through membership activities, purchases, promotions, and discounts for internal, marketing, commercial, and customer relationship management purposes, including sending information regarding promotions and offers.

Such information shall constitute the property of the Club Management.

3.6

The Club Management may contact members through direct marketing and other communication channels regarding products, promotions, and sales.

By joining the Club, the member consents to receiving marketing communications in accordance with the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), Amendment No. 40, 2008, and to the use of personal information as described herein.

3.7

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the relationship between Hazorfim and Club members shall reside in the competent courts of the Central District of Israel.

3.8

The Club Management shall not be liable for any transactions between Club members and third parties offering benefits or promotions to Club members.

Any products or services supplied by third parties are solely the responsibility of those third parties.

Hazorfim assumes no responsibility for the quality of such products or services.

3.9 Privacy

Personal information provided by Club members—including name, identification number, telephone number, email address, date of birth, mailing address, and purchase history—will be stored and processed in Hazorfim's database for purposes including:

customer relationship management;
customer service;
marketing;
sale of Hazorfim products;
legal compliance and defense of legal claims;
sending promotional communications.

Providing personal information is voluntary; however, without providing and maintaining such information, Club membership cannot be granted.

Information will not be shared with third parties except:

service providers acting on Hazorfim's behalf;
cloud providers and technology partners (including Google, Meta, and similar providers whose servers may be located outside Israel);
where required by law; or
in connection with legal proceedings or disputes.

International transfers of personal information are conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Members are entitled to request access to and correction of their personal information pursuant to Sections 13 and 14 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981.

3.10

These Terms supersede and replace all previous Hazorfim Members Club regulations and policies.
