Hazorfim Friends Club

The Hazorfim Friends Club (hereinafter: the “Club”) was established and is managed by Hazorfim Ltd., Company No. 510102940, and Hazorfim Haifa (1998) Ltd., Company No. 51254633 (hereinafter jointly: “Hazorfim” and/or the “Club Management”).

The terms of membership, including the membership fee and the benefits granted to members of each group, will be detailed on the Hazorfim website and/or at Hazorfim stores.

The Club Management may change the terms of membership and/or the benefits granted to members of each group at its discretion.

1. Club Membership Procedure

1.1

Membership in the Club is available by completing a digital registration form and paying the applicable membership fee. Registration for the Club shall take place at Hazorfim stores. Membership is personal and does not confer any rights upon any third party, except as otherwise provided in these Terms.

1.2

Only individuals (not businesses, organizations, agents, or corporations) are eligible for Club membership, and membership is for personal use only. Members must provide their details on the digital registration form as described above.

The Club Management may, at its sole discretion, decline to approve any person's application for membership without being required to provide a reason for its decision.

A person who joins the Club while making a purchase at a Hazorfim store will be entitled to Club benefits from the time of joining, provided that the membership fee has been paid in full. Membership fees may be paid by credit card or cash, at the member's choice.

1.3

Each Club member is responsible for notifying the Club Management in writing of any change to their residential address, email address, telephone number, or any other information provided by them. Failure to update relevant information may prevent the Club Management from contacting the member, including sending advertisements and notices to Club members, and the member shall have no claim in connection therewith.

1.4

The cost of Club membership (hereinafter: the “Membership Fee”) shall be determined from time to time by the Club Management. The Club Management may change the cost of membership at its sole discretion. If the Membership Fee is changed during an existing membership period, the change shall apply only upon renewal.

Club membership is valid for a period of three years. At the end of the three-year period, the membership shall expire. Membership may be renewed at any Hazorfim store upon payment of the applicable Membership Fee.

1.5

The Club Management reserves the right to terminate a member's Club membership due to inappropriate conduct by the member, or for any other reasonable reason, at its discretion and without being required to provide an explanation.

1.6

Any member may terminate their Club membership by sending written notice to the Club Management at:

If a member requests to terminate their membership as stated above, such notice shall be deemed a complete waiver of all rights under the Club, including any monetary refund of Membership Fees paid by the Club member, all subject to applicable law.

1.7

The Club Management may block or suspend a Club membership in any case in which, in its opinion, the membership has been misused.

2. Benefits and Promotions for Club Members

2.1

Club members shall be entitled to purchase various products at special Club-member prices, participate in exclusive promotions, and receive other benefits, all as determined from time to time by the Club Management.

2.2

The Club Management will periodically publish details of benefits available to Club members and special promotions offered to Club members. Such information may be published through any advertising medium selected by the Club Management.

Club members may obtain information regarding such promotions and benefits through the Hazorfim retail network and the company's website, and via the email address provided by the member on the registration form.

2.3

Any Club discount or benefit relating to a purchase at Hazorfim shall be granted only if the membership is valid and active.

2.4

Club members are not entitled to combine discounts or promotions unless otherwise expressly stated by the Club Management in the applicable promotional materials.

2.5

Club discounts shall not apply to certain special promotions and benefits, as determined by the Club Management.

2.6

The Club Management may, without prior notice, change the discount rates offered to Club members and make changes to Club promotions and benefits, all at its sole discretion. Orders placed before such cancellation or change shall be honored.

2.7

Eligibility for discounts, benefits, or promotions offered to Club members is conditional upon full payment of the Membership Fee and upon the member's details appearing in the Club Management's records.

2.8

Receiving Club benefits or discounts when making a purchase is subject to presentation of valid identification.

2.9

A Club member is entitled to receive the benefits applicable to Club purchases provided that the member pays for the purchase in full.

3. General Provisions

3.1

These Terms shall apply to all Club members whose membership is valid and active. By joining the Club, a customer accepts these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

Each Club member shall be deemed to have read and agreed to all provisions of these Terms. A person who does not agree to these Terms is not eligible to join the Club.

3.2

Each member shall approve these Terms as part of the membership registration process.

3.3

The Club Management may decide at any time to discontinue the Club upon at least thirty (30) days' prior notice. Such notice shall be published through one or more advertising channels selected by Hazorfim at its sole discretion, including publication in a newspaper, on the Hazorfim website, through direct mailing, and/or in Hazorfim stores.

If Club operations are discontinued as described above, a member shall be entitled only to reimbursement of the proportional portion of the Membership Fee paid for the remaining months of their membership period, calculated from the date of the termination notice.

3.4

The Club Management may amend these Terms, or any part thereof, at any time and from time to time, as it deems appropriate and at its sole discretion.

3.5

The Club Management may use a Club member's personal information and any information and data obtained in connection with their Club activities and participation in promotions and discounts for internal, marketing, and commercial purposes, including sending information regarding promotions and discounts available to Club members. Such information shall constitute the property of the Club Management.

3.6

The Club Management may contact Club members through direct mail and/or any other means of communication with advertising concerning products sold at Hazorfim stores and sales promotions.

By signing an application to join the Club, the member consents to receiving advertising communications within the meaning of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), Amendment No. 40, 2008, and also consents to the use of their information as described above.

3.7

These Terms and the relationship between the Club, Hazorfim, and its members shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these Terms or the relationship between the parties shall lie with the competent courts in the Central District of the State of Israel.

3.8

The Club Management and anyone acting on its behalf shall not be responsible in any manner for transactions or arrangements between a Club member and any third party in connection with or pursuant to promotions published by the Club Management, where benefits for Club members are provided by a third party.

Any agreement for the receipt of a service or purchase of a product from such third party shall be solely the responsibility of the applicable service or product provider. For the avoidance of doubt, the Club Management shall not be responsible for the standard of service and/or quality of any product supplied to a Club member by such third party.

3.9

For information regarding the protection of personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the Hazorfim website.

3.10

These Terms supersede and replace any previous terms and conditions issued by Hazorfim, including the terms and conditions of any previous membership club.
